1 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the dewi138 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Register with accurate, complete and verifiable personal information — including full name, phone number, date of birth and bank account details.
• Not appearing on any gambling prohibition or restriction list issued by the relevant authorities.

Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified period may be temporarily suspended or closed.

Any false or inaccurate information provided during registration or the KYC process may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the dewi138 platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 via digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay) and RM 30 via FPX or online banking.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

3 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by dewi138 are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and the specific terms stated on the respective promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
